1. Acceptance

By using CodifyAI's services or website, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide Odoo implementation, custom development, hosting, and support services. Each project is governed by a separate statement of work (SOW).

3. Intellectual property

Custom code we develop for you is transferred to you upon full payment. Odoo's core remains under its LGPL-3 license.

4. Payment & billing

Project fees are as quoted. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing support billed monthly/quarterly.

5. Warranties & support

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide bug fixes and support per agreed SLA.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes resolved in courts of Bucharest.

8. Trademark notice

Odoo® is a registered trademark of Odoo S.A. CodifyAI is an independent software company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Odoo S.A. The use of the name "Odoo" on this website refers solely to the open-source Odoo Community software published under the LGPL-3 licence by Odoo S.A. CodifyAI does not sell Odoo licences. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
